Pure South upholds the highest standard of quality with every purchase. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means you can purchase our meat with confidence. Pure South prides itself on personal service and premium cuts from our renowned suppliers of export quality meat.
We have a no return policy on our products. However, if you are not happy with any product you receive from Pure South, please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. Protecting your privacy is a high priority at Pure South. To keep you up to date with specials, new products etc, we will retain your name, address and other contact details. Any information you give us will remain confidential to Pure South and will not be shared with any other person or organisation. You have the right to inspect and update your details at any time.

You can speak with someone from our team between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). If your call is unanswered, please leave us a message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note we are unable to deliver product outside of Singapore. However, we are happy to take orders from customers overseas who wish to have the product delivered within Singapore.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note Pure South is not obliged by Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please choose carefully.
However if you do, please contact us as soon as possible on +65 6325 2931 between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. Providing we can intercept the goods before they are dispatched with the courier, we will happily exchange the products ordered for other Pure South goods or a credit note.
About Our Delivery Service
- Alliance partners with local couriers to deliver all online orders.
- The shipping fee includes the cost of handling, packaging and courier fee.
- Currently we are limited in our delivery capacity and order execution takes between 2 - 3 days, excluding weekends.
- Once we receive your confirmed order we will contact you via mobile phone to arrange applicable time / date of delivery. Currently deliveries are made between either 1-4pm or 4-7pm Mon - Fri only.
If you are not happy with any product you receive from Alliance please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have.
