DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders under SGD165, standard delivery is SGD15.
Free delivery is offered for purchase above SGD165 in a single order.

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY SERVICE
  • Our Pure South team will take 2 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and PH) after your payment has been verified to process your order.
  • Once we receive your confirmed order, we will contact you via mobile to arrange for an applicable time and date of delivery.
  • Currently, we are limited in our delivery capacity. Deliveries are made between 1 - 4 pm or 4 - 7pm from Monday to Friday only (excluding PH).
  • Alliance partners with local couriers to deliver all online orders.
  • The delivery fee includes the cost of handling, packaging and courier fee. 

*Any request of specific delivery timing/dates will be delivered to our partner courier's best efforts.

*In the case that your address has been provided wrongly, Pure South will not be liable for the cost of re-delivery.

*If you have an urgent need for the order, kindly drop our team an email at contact.asia@alliance.co.nz prior to purchase to check if the order will be able to reach you in time.

Please note that Pure South is not obliged by Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so do choose carefully before placing your order.

Providing we can intercept the goods before they are dispatched with the courier, we will happily exchange the products ordered for other Pure South goods.
